This plan best suites businesses that are confident in the day-to-day running of their environment but will sometimes run into problems they cant fix on their own.

As part of this plan we offer instant support from the help desk (based in Melbourne) while taking care of the maintenance and monitoring. Be assured that your computers run the latest updates & Anti-Virus definitions, and that help is only ever a click away.This Support Package includes Workstations for $13.5 per month, and servers from $63 per month.

Hourly Support (From $159 per Hour)

Our technicians will be there for you when you need them, and we guarentee response times of either same day, or within 4 business hours of your call.

We provide support on an hourly basis from 8AM to 6PM.

This plan is ideal for those that want to engage Technical support for a single project or upgrade. There are no service agreements or on going support, we come in deploy/fix and leave. This is great way to bring in extra workers to upgrade your workstations, servers or networks without burdening your I.T. staff.

A seperate rate is available for works outside of these hours. All jobs are billed for a minimum of 1 hour.
